Project Manager/Manufacturing Engineer
Seeking person experienced in performing Project Management functions in a job shop/ contract manufacturing environment.
- Must possess strong communications and organizational skills.
- Past experience with planning and routing steps involved in fabrication, machining and assembly are preferred.
- A technical background, with some exposure to fabrication, machining and assembly is a minimum requirement.

CNC Programmer/ Manufacturing Engineer
Seeking experienced programmer/manufacturing engineer.
- Primary duties include; machine tool routing, process planning, CNC Program generation using Virtual GIBBS for vertical/horizontal machining centers and vertical boring mills, and work holding/fixture design when required.
- Qualifications/Experience should include; Ten years of progressive machining assignments in a manufacturing job shop type environment, working with small, medium and large weldments, experience with CAD and CNC programming is required.

Seeking person to oversee 2nd shift operations.
- Must have:
- Past supervision experience, with proven personal and organizational skills.
- A background in the manufacturing of industrial machinery and knowledge of plate fabrication, machine and assembly is critical to this position.
- A technical background, with some exposure to fabrication, machining and assembly is a minimum requirement.

Machinist, CNC Horizontal Boring Mill & Double Column Machining Centers
Seeking experienced machinist to operate late model CNC machinery.
- Must be capable of work piece set up, tooling set up program edits, and general machining of fabrications and castings.
- The following are a listing of machine tools with openings available for 1st & 2nd shift positions (Positions for 1st shift are limited.):
- -Toshiba BMC-800, HMC with twin 30” pallets, Toshiba 888 control.
- -Toshiba P-40, new in 2007 plain table HBM, Toshiba 888 control
- -Toshiba BTH-130, new in 2009, rotary table HBM, Toshiba 999 control
- -Kitamura 630i, new in 2009, HMC with twin 24” pallets, Fanuc control.
- -Johnford DMC-2100SH Double Column Machining Center, new in 2007. Currently being installed with start up anticipated by early July.
- -Butler Double Column Machining Center, 5 face milling capability, large travels,
- Fanuc Control, installed in 2009.
- 2nd shift hours are somewhat flexible with respect to start time. Typical work week would consist of 45-60 hours, Monday through Friday. There will be some flexibility to arrange a 4 day work week as we add staff to allow for this.
- Wages are dependent on demonstrated capability, experience and availability to work second shift. Starting wages will be in the $18.00 to $22.00 per hour range, plus $.50/hour attendance bonus, 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.

Machinist, CNC VTL
Seeking experienced machinist to operate CNC VTL’s ranging in size from 20” to 140”.
- Must have some past CNC turning and or milling experience, be able to perform part set up, tooling set up and program edits. Positions currently available are on 1st & 2nd shift.
- Wages are dependant on demonstrated capability, experience and availability to work second shift. Starting wages will be in the $15.00 to $19.00 per hour range, plus $.50/hour attendance bonus, 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.

Machinist, Manual HBM
Seeking experienced machinist to operate table type G&L HBM’s.
- Must be capable of work piece set up, tooling set up and general machining of fabrications and castings. 1st and 2nd shift positions are available.
- Wages from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

QC Inspector, Machining
Seeking person experienced in machine shop inspection.
- Must have demonstrated past work experience in either machining or machining inspection.
- Past experience with inspections involving CMM, laser, or Faro Arm type devices is preferred by not required.
- Strong computer and organizational experience is desired.
- 1st shift position working 40-55 hours per week. Wages dependant on demonstrated experience.

Fabrication & Welding
Seeking experienced persons to perform general fabrication activities involving, saw cutting, drilling/punching, rolling, fitting and welding.
- Fabrication involved plate from ½” thick and up to 16” thick, welding experience must include job shop work with 1/16” and larger flux cored welding wire. Experience with out of position welding and with welding positioners is preferred.
- 1st and 2nd shift positions are availble.

Hourly employees:
Attendance Bonus of $.50/hour.
Quarterly profit sharing bonus that has averaged close to $2.00/hour for past 4 years.
Annual company contribution to Profit Sharing Trust Fund that has ranged between 5-10% of employees gross pay for the year.

Salaried employees:
