We have staffed our facility with the true "craftsmen" throughout manufacturing. These craftsmen, combined with all the necessary tools continually produce the very finest products for all of our customers.
Our Youngstown, Ohio facility encompasses well over 110,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space. This well-lit, multiple high-bay facililty is equipped with crane capacities up to 132 tons with a 32" under hook.
The welding facility is equipped with:
- CNC Burning Machines (12" thick)
- Over 20 state of the art welding machines with booms and dual wire feeders
- Weld positioners up to 70,000 Ibs. capacity
- Stress Releive Furnance (13" x 12" x 26' 5", w/1550 deg. capability, 5 temp. chart recorders)
- Car Style Shot Blast Room (13" x 9" x 25" capacity)
- Paint Booth (20' x 40' capacity & 12' x 12' x 28')
- Vibratory Stress Relieving capability
- Robotic Welding Station, 122" Horizonal x 220" Vertical reach, 5,000 lbs. capacity
